hotpoint wf640 leaking from underneath and not draining water away?

machine had f11 and leaking cleaned drain filter had some coins in it tried to spin some towels but water leaking from underneath hoses look ok no leaks put machine to drain just made humming noise can you help

the noise you suggest sounds like the pump is jammed. If you take the hoses off the pump, you should be able to remove what is jamming it.

take care to ensure the machine is un plugged and beware there are lots of sharp edges under the washing machine
