In Windows Explorer, right-click on the drive icon of the drive that you wish to format. Select "Format" from the pop-up menu and follow the instructions.

Alternatively, instead of using Windows Explorer, right-click on your My Computer Icon and select Manage. When Computer Management opens select Disk Management and right-click on the drive to select Format.
