factory fitted car audio?

i have just bought a renault espace yreg and neither the radio or the cd changer works i have checked the remote on the same model of car and it works fine can anyone please tell me what the problem might be thanks

if you have proven the remote is ok try swopping the radio with another espace to prove whether its your radio or the car wiring
