HOW CAN I GET POER TO MY SWITCH?

I am putting up an outside light no pir.I have got the power cable 1.5 twin an earth to the outside wall. I then put cable from an indoor 2 gang switch up and out to outside wall. I have plastered over channel from switch, but i relise i have no power to it. any one got any advice would be welcome ps. i have tiled over it as well

My guess is you are looking for power and it should come from the circuit box to your switch. Only the black or power wire needs to connect to the switch, while the white and ground wires go on up to your light. Then the black wire to the light goes on the other teminal of the switch.
