Extension flue for wall-hung boiler?

I'm constructing a corrugated PVC lean-to on my outside wall, but my existing boiler discharges hot flue gases just beneath where the new plastic roof will be. Is it possible to buy a flue extension kit for my boiler (a Potterton Profile)?
