The water is hooked up to my machine, but there is no water coming out. We just purchased the house and it was a complete remodel. My husband wants to look at it, but i want to know what he should be looking at or if i need to call a plummer.

Turn the tap off then take the hose off the back of the washer (becareful when pulling the washer out the are front heavy).

Get a bucket and turn the tap back on if the water is coming out then the water valve has gone on the w/m.
