The fuse was switched off and then on again, and although there ias a fashing colonm at the timer, we cannot set the clock or indeed start the microwave.
You've probably tried this - but - key in the time using the '10 1 10 1' buttons - don't use the 24 hr clock time eg 17:50 just key it in as 5:50 (obviously use the correct time) then press the 'clock' button. It should now work as before.
