My 2 year old Sony 26 inch has a blank screen. Sound is ok. Sky box works ok on another tv. Any ideas please

Have the same problem with my 18 month old Samsung LCD. Called tech support and was referred to local authorized center.

If it makes sense, go for the service call to see how much to fix. All I can get at this time is that a service call is $70. Then parts and labor to fix it.
