Sony Amp STV-KS1300 dropped fruit Juice over it it says protect?

Hi My yougest as dropped fruit juice over my Amp dryed it all out turned on a few days later and it on for 30 secs then says protect or goes straight to protect, can anyone give me any advice how to clean it...fix it...email tuksumdoin2@yahoo.co.uk
