How can I get replacement parts for my LExmark 4270 all in one printer/fax/scanner.
I need the inverter and usb cable as well as a paper feeder.

Have you tried Lexmark. www.lexmark.com.

Having said that I would not hold my breath that your printer is even repairable. Moist budget printers are not.
