how can i get the back off my cibox 17?

There is an intermitant fault in the monitor which is resolved with a little tap on the top indicating something possibly loose inside. I was a tv engineer back in olden times with CRT's and valves so I understand the basic principles of servicing. How do I get the back off the monitor - Cibox 17" LCD
Model No. F179 - without damaging the plastic case to look inside to see if the fault is a loose connection or something, as I can't see any obvious screws or clips holding the back in place, please?

Just had to do this myself. Remove the cover where the stand joins the back of the monitor, this is quite easy to do with your hands and without tools. There are six screws which hold the stand bracket to the back of the case, remove the two screw on the bottom of the bracket on the far left and right. Start at the slot on the bottom of the case and insert a large flat screwdriver, the case can be prised open without causing too much damage. Hope this helps.
