The soap dispenser doesn't work on my Pro Heat carpet cleaner. How do I fix it?

Check to see if the gasket that is normally located on the bottom of the shampoo container has gotten stuck inside the part that receives it. If so, pull it out with tweezers or pliers and put it back on the shampoo container. If this is not the case, this is not a DIY project in my opinion.
