Baxi Bahama 100 no pressure?

I Have a Baxi Bahama 100 combi boiler; it came with the house that I just bought. The hot water works, but it takes time for the hot water to run through. I have put that down to the 7m or so that it has to travel to the main hot tap. The real problem is that the pressure on the front of the unit reads 0, and the central heating does not switch on. As I have no manual I don’t know what’s going wrong with the boiler or how to remedy the problem.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

The selector switch is set to both, so it should run both...in an ideal world!!

It can be set to hot water, off or both on this boiler.

is the selector switch in heating and hot water position?

Thanks for that D, the boiler is now up to pressure.

But unfortunately the boiler is not running the heating system, I have tried the timer on the front i.e. constant & clock modes but nothing works. Could it be that the times is no more, or is there something else that is not that obvious. If it is the timer any recommendations on where to get a new or nearly new one?

Thanks

underneath or close to the boiler there should be a filling loop which is a silver flexable hose with either 1 or 2 valves at the ends of it.open the valve/s until the pressure reaches about 1bar or just higher then shut the valves off and run the boiler..
