How can I repair my epson printer stopped printing?

I have cleaned the heads, nozzle check, head alignment, only 1 1/2 years old Epson CX 5400 still not printing
How can I fix it

my copy machine epson stylus CX3200 still not printer,I have cleaned the head, nozzle check,and still not printing.
and said ," error, paper out,load paper in paper tray and press the color copy button."
what I need to do?
