microwave not working?

Onn microwave wont come to life when switched on from the main socket.

door switch operator broken - plastic piece which runs up and down in a guide in the door and operates a pair of switches. the top plastic actuator iss probably broken - it's a design fault.

And guess what you can't buy them - so new microwave!
