I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY LEXMARK X5470 PRINTER. PLEASE HELP ME?

Hi, Could anyone help me with this problem?
I have a LEXMARK X5470 PRINTER, I have bought remanufactured Ink cartridges for it numbers 32 (Black) & 33 (Colour). The black cartridge works great but the colour cartridge prints out all streaky and parts missing, I have gone through the align and cleaning process so many times but it still prints out the same. I know its not the cartridge or company I bought it from because I have tried two different ones and it does exactly the same. Does anyone know what I need to do to get it working? Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

PLEASE HELP ME.
Thank you.

On a Lexmark inkjet printer, the print head is part of the cartridge. By 'remanufactured' they mean that they filled an old Lexmark cartridge with ink and (possibly) cleaned the head as only Lexmark actually make Lexmark cartridges.

As you have two cartridges failing it means that you have two bad cartridges which is sometimes the case with 'remanufactured' cartridges.
