my washing machine works but the water wont come out.

Sounds like the pump has gone bad. But Make sure you are getting enough water through hose. Check both ends of hose to make sure there is nothing blocking it. Especially the washer end where there are small screens that trap debris. If there is no presure the pump does not come on. Hope this fixes it.
