We have an ideal mexico boiler. The hot water is fine, but when I turn the room thermostat up for the central heating to go on, it doesn't happen. We have changed the timer component to see if that was the problem but it appears not. It was all fine last winter but now we need hot water and heating - the heating won't work - any ideas?

check ur pump is ok try to listen to it if you can hear it running it is ok, if not try tapping it with a hammer good luck, rod
