Simpson washer wont work after moving house, shows load rebalance light?

i have a Simpson washing machine-Concord 527
we have just moved and i cant get the machine to fill up or start. The light for "load rebalance "comes on what has happened? We live up a rough gravel road would that have affected it? can some one help me with this one?

I had a similar problem in that the washing machine wouldn't fill up and start a cycle - after I moved my washing machine outside. The answer to my problem was the grey drainage pipe needs to be lifted up above the height of the washing machine. I was going to use my machine to drain into the garden.

The drum may have moved inside the machine or a retaining spring may have came off, Check the outer drum is sitting in the centre on the shock absorbers not lop sided, You will have to remove the lid cover to see this
