fluorscent light?

hi michael,sorry wrong question(not to wire a fluorscent light
but take down to replace with a normal light. Fluo.light has two cables wired to a junction box inside light and has a
cable conn, to fluorscent light live/negitve/earth.can i use
a ceiling rose or junction box.

I don't know who michael is but you should be able to replace your flourescent fitting with a standard rose - one cable will be the feed from the supply, the other will be the feed onto the next fitting.
If you are replacing the fitting for a 3 plate rose put all the earth wires into the special earth terminal to the side, the neutral wires and one of the wires going to the lamp in each of the 3 terminals marked 'N', and both of the lives and the other wire going to the lamp into the 3 terminals marked 'LOOP'.

If you are in any doubt get a competent electrician to have a look.
