how can i fix my Dyson Contrarotator, fault F11 is shown as the problem?

My wash has stopped in mid-cycle and instructions tell me to call Dyson and that the reason is that fault F11 has occurred. Does anyone know what this fault is?

hi i had this fault on my machine it was not fuse but required new circuit board dyson replaced and fitted 2 new motors cost £95
