No Satelite Signal being received (code 29)?
my sky picture has been flickering lately, i assumed was weather or lose connection, but and it finally died last nite, Now all i get on every single channel is the dreaded no satelite signal is being received, i checked all connections and all appears to be fine, the system check option from services menu shows ZERO signal strength and ZERO quality, sky talked me through the lnb reset procedure, but still to no avail, my sky is now effectivly useless, cannot see any channels not even terrestrial tv, cannot see the tv listings, or use interactive menu to try fix either, sky want me to pay £65 for an engineer that would take at least 2 days to get here, can anyone help? my box is a "Thomson" and im not sure about the dish.
