i have had the machine for over a year was working fine when all of a sudden during a wash cycle it stop. it will not rise or spin. once i empty the machine and rised the clothes by hand i check it and the machine would only spin 2 items . pleaes help me to find a solution to this problem

I have the same problem, only had the machine for 1.5 years. I think it might be a filter issue.
