what do i need to tell the boiler i want heating?

just moved into house .previous owner was about to renew programmer but didnt,its missing ,the boiler works fine for hot water but no way to select heating.boiler is valliant turbo max vuw pro28e ,
what do i need?

I think you should be able to get an intergral (built in)
programmer for this boiler.
Try calling Parts Centre 0845 2709801
They can advise you and tell you their nearest depot.
The new programmer should come with fitting instructions.
