How can I seal my french doors?

Hi there

I'm having rainwater coming in at the top of one of my french doors. They are only 2 years old but custom fitted by previous homeowner,so no guarantee available.
Problem is, top edge and side {farthest away from hinges)is not pushing rubber seal close enough. The nearer the rubber gets to the hinge side the better the seal gets. Tried adjusting keeper on door frame to maximum but cant get seal to squeeze up in top corner.
Any ideas please?

If gap is realy big it sounds like the frame needs adjusting, take out the screws in head of frame, push frame out slightly in center of the head and drill and screw it securely, make sure you cut silicone inside and out or it wont move,if gap is small raplace rubber gaskets around doors and frame with a thicker bubble seal and should be ok.hope this helps
