My Britony boiler has suddenly stopped sending hot water to the taps. The boiler fires-up okay but no hot water. It works fine with the central heating and if you then turn on a hot water tap it interrupts the C/H as it should but still no hot water to the taps.

Mine has just done exactly the same. I have searched the internet and it all seems to point to a problem with the heating/hot water diversion. Either a perished diaphragm or stuck diverter value. If this is the problem, it is out of my ability to repair, so a boiler repairman seems the only answer!
