What is Fault F11 on a Dyson Contrarotator washing machine?

During a washing cycle, machine stopped & the LCD display said Fault F11 & to call Dyson! The door is won't unlock, but all the lights are working on the display, when turned on,so i don't think its a fuse! Does anyone know what this fault is & if i can repair it easily myself??
Its the silver/purple machine....
Thanks

F11 is a no motor action fault, caused by a faulty component on the powerboard blowing the fuse, replacing the fuse won't do the job, the board is at fault, you need a new PCB. If you are good with circuitry you may be able to repair it, but it's much less grief to call Dyson, or trying to explain to the wife why she hasn't got a washing machine (it's worth the £95 believe me!)

My machine keeps tripping the electric I've changed the fuse and used another electric outlet but still the same, the door locks then the electric goes.

F11 is a power to motor fault, it may need a new power board. You would need a Dyson engineer for this. Charge may be free if machine in good overall condition or a max of £85.
