Loud 2 Twang now door does not open properly suspect broken spring, how do I get Access to check/change spring.

take off both side panels as there is a spring on each side.The springs are flat strip types and are probably ok .They side on a plastic quadrant piece which is what broke on mine and are easily got on the internet and simple to fit.Cost about £7 if I remember correctly.
