We have the same issue at the moment. Repairman claims we left the door open so ice has formed over the fans etc. There certainly was ice, which he defrosted, and he said there was no other problem. That was two hours ago. So far neither fridge nor freezer is working again, and freezer is stuck at 14 degrees.
