how can i fix my glow.worm micron 60FF?

When it switches on, we get the RESET light on. we turn the temp control to min then back to normal setting. we keep doing this 'til it fires up. then it is only on for a short while then it stops.we don't get a full tank of hot water. Sometimes it will work fine for a day or so, but then you get up in morning boiler on ,but cold and RESET light is on. please advice if possible. ta Mr B

Your fault could be with the PCB. It is quite a common part to go wrong on the Microns and the replacement PCBs have been modified, it is also best to replace the temperature sensor at the same time as in some instances the old sensors do not work properly with the new boards. Retailing at just over £200 the pcbs are not cheap so it would proberbly be best to get your boiler checked by a Corgi registered engineer. You can find Corgi engineers in your area with the postcode search @ www.trustcorgi.com
