suspect filter blocked or pump failure
you can manually drain the water out using a empty bowl. put the end of the drain hose into the bowl and lower to the ground water should flow(trickle definate blockage) may have empty the bowl a couple of times when machine empty door WILL OPEN now find and clean out your filter check pump and its operation (a new one maybe required)
