flushing a toilet with a sealed tank?
We are in the midst recovering from hurricane Fay. We have no water and cannot flush the toilet. I went to open the tank and add a bucket of water to the tank, only to find that it is a closed system. Inside the normal back of the toilet that usually just has water floating around, has a closed black plastic tank. How do you add water to this???
