I have Sansui home theatre system(rz 9310AVD) but it is not powering on. I have shown it to Sony service station(there is no Sansui service station in UK) but they have no clue why it is not powering on. They are asking for a service manual but unfortunately I dont have it.

If 1 of your outputs are blown your dvd player wont switch on.Check the fusable links on the amplifier pcb(should be 5 close to were the pwer plugs in)If the fuses arte blown change you outputs.
