Sharpe XE-A102 Cash Register?

Beeping does not stop after taking out batteries, switch off from electrics switching on again pressing x/TM & CL

Hi. It sounds like you are half way through a full RAM clear. To completely clear all programming and start again,

Turn key to REG mode.
Take any battery out (just one).
Turn power off at wall.
Leave for about 30 mins to make sure unit discharges.
Turn power on at wall.
After a short while, and possibly three beeps, it should come to life.
Now put battery back in.

Give it a try, and let me know if you still have problems
