how can I control the volume on Mikomi digital tV?

When I switch on my Mikomi TV the sound is always on full despite having been on normal setting when the tv was switched off. I have turned it down within the menu but this has no lasting effect.

If it is not very old take it back to Argos for a refund.

Mikomi is an Argos Own Brand and so you must have bought it from Argos.
