I am moving to France and was going to take my sky dish, box etc with me. I have found a sat finder kit on the internat but wanted to make sure the set up would be the same as if setting up in the UK.

The group of satellites that broadcast UK programming sit over the equator at 28.2 degrees East. So you have to point at that group, just the same as in the UK.

However if you are on a different line of longitude in France, your dish will point in a different direction to that which it does in the UK.
