I've got a hoover premier705 (4.0kg)washing machine,It will fill up,wash,it will empty,but won't spin out.Belt fine,No blockage,just will not spin out,,..
my hoover 1100 washing machine drum wont go round even though it fills up, need advice please

Check the brake release solonoid is working. Put it on spin cycle and when you open & close lid or turn washer on/off you should hear brake clunking off & on. Put timer dial about half way in to spin cycle to check this.
