craftsman chainsaw wont stay going?

i got a Craftsman 42cc model# 944.414430. one day while cutting some wood the saw just died out. First i thought i ran out off gas, their was lots of gas. ever sence then it is hard to start. when it do start and you touch the trottle it sound like it floods and dies out. you can get it running good but not great by pulling out the choke just a bit while cutting wood (i used tape) but once the tape moves abit it floods out again and got no power

#1fuel tank is not breathing. make sure tank vent not pluged
#2 some tanks have a second line that allows a slight positive pressure to fuel circuit.
#3 check bottom carb. vent holes if blocked the fuel pump can't deliver enough fuel under load.( low RPM/ no power under load)
#4 check carb. diaphragm for pin hole(S) and proper seal around edges
#5 install carb overhaul kit.
note: craftsman has parts and inst. REPLACE CLUNK AND FUEL LINE INSIDE FUEL TANK. CLEAN TANK
