Ravenheat CSI85 repeatedly re-igniting!!!?

My pain in the **** Ravenheat CSI85 in CH mode, heats up system until hot, then cuts out (as should),but then repeatedly goes on and off.At a rough guess its about once a minute and obviously not right.Fan has been replaced and pressure is fine.Anyone out there - please help!!!

I had the same problem. It was the two capacitors(grey plastic blocks on the small electronic board next to main board). They are each 1uf (one microfarad) in value rated at 400volts.

IF your boiler is the 85a then it sounds like it's the fan ignition board that's causing the problem.

Hi Dave / Jason

I'm having exactly the same problem. Did you figure it out - would be really gratefull to know if you have managed to fix it and if so how. All the engineers I've had to take a look at it tell me they can't find the problem and then quote me for a brand new boiler...

My email is stuart.nicolle@gmail.com.

Thanks in advance.
