How can i fix my fridge Samsung Side By Side RS21DCNS?

We are experiencing a fault with this fridge freezer the fridge part is too warm we have tried altering the temperature but to no avail could you suggest anything?

switch it for 48 hours, it may get back to normal, not sure if it has filter, if yes then it may need cleaning
