DIPLOMAT 8512?

my 8512 goes through the cycles but when it gets to spin it seems to not get the power and just ends up on the next sequence.
anyone any idea why it will not spin?

thanks, i tried that and it has not solved the problem.
you can hear the sw/relay kick in as it attempts to go into the spin but dies/cuts out and just goes back to the wash speed?
ps, the machine fills to normal level.

Hi clayman. does the machine fill up higher than normal on a wash?If so it may be that the pressure chamber is blocked especially if the machine is 5 to 7 years old.
pull the machine out, take off the top cover.Turn off the power.Look to the right and there is the pressure switch with a black tube going to it. Pull this off and blow down the tube.If there is resistance and then it gives, it was blocked.Run a cleaner through the machine after putting back together.Turn to prog 5 and the fill level should be lower. This also affects the spin as it thinks its not drained, it should spin okay now. Hope all goes well.Any other problems please ask. All the best.
