Bathroom Light?

I have removed all the fittings to my bathroom light and there are three groups of wires hanging from the ceiling. I need to put the fittings back to how they were originally (long story). the wires are:

1. Bare copper, red, black
2. bare copper, red black
3. bare copper, red, red

also....there is the rose part where the buld twists into which has two brown wires.

The places to screw in the wires are little screw holes which are groups as 1,2,3, 1,2,3 1,2

can you tell me how to re-wire these back in. It appears that the bathroom light is a loop for the other lights upstairs.

Please help

from what you say the loop is cable 1 and 2, so join these
together bare copper to bare copper ( earth ),
red to red ( live ),
black to black ( neutral ).
this should enable the rest of the lights to work
but NOT the bathroom light.
To connect the bathroom light you need to connect cable 3.
bare copper to the other bare copper (earth), also if
your light fitting has a earth wire (green/yellow)
connect this as well.
ONE of the reds to the other connected reds (live),
the brown wire of the light connects to the other red (switched live).
connect the blue from the light to the 2 connected black (neutral).
If in doubt call an electrician.
