IS IT STARTER MOTOR PROBLEM?

P REG LDV CONVOY BEEN AWAY FOR FORTNIGHT WILL NOT START RAPID TAPPING COMING FROM STARTER MOTOR IS IT EASY TO REPLACE OR CAN I DO ANYTHING TO GET IT WORKING

First thing to do,is jump start it.It may just be a low battery.If a jump is unsucsefull then consider changing the starter.it does sound like low voltage.
