Fridge to warm?

I have got a Hotpoint RL150 fridge and it will not go below 20c do you know what it could be please help!!

It is assumed that the compressor motor is running and the cooling radiator fins at the back are completely free from dust, fluff and any obstruction to the free flow of air around the back.
If so you may have a vopour lock. Has the fridge been moved (transported) or tipped recently. If so try this.
Unplug the fridge and remove all contents.
Pull the fridge out into the centre of the room and lay a protective sheet down.
You are now going to tip the fridge very carefully on its side and wait for at least 2-3 minutes until the coolant stops gurgling in the coils.
Now carry on turning the unit until it is now upside down and wait again.
Carry on turning and waiting and when the fridge is the right way up , put it back where it came from and wait one hour before plugging it in.
If this fails to cure- there is nothing left to try.
