ive tried removing stuck cd with an old cd that didnt work . how do i remove the cd radio player from dash board ?

Duplicate question....already answered :

Try and tease it out through the slot using another old CD

If that does not work then the player will have to be removed from the dashboard and the casing removed to recover the CD and check the CD mechanism.
Make sure that you have the SECURITY CODE before you start
