Changed Battery now Car stero won't work, Renault Megane?

I changed the battery in my Renault Megane (52) plate, it is a standard stero in the new shape Megane, anyone know where i get the code from?

make enquiries to your local garage or care spares shop they always know someone and it will cost about £10-£15for somebody to read the code
