kangoo van makes noise and feels bumpy when turning?

my kangoo van makes a loud banging and feels like i am driving over bumps when turning even more so at low speeds it sounds like it is coming from the left hand side at the fornt end, it is also pulling to the right when i accelerate can anyone help?
