In-store display won't go away on Panasonic Omnivision?

I have a Panasonic Omnivision 4 head vcr tv combo fm radio. I undid the coaxial cable from the back of my tv, then put the cable back into the back of the tv. Now, there is a blue rectangle toward the bottom of the screen that scrolls phrases in it like "Panasonic" "combination vcr/tv" "easy to use" as if it is on display at a store. I don't know what I did to it, but I assume there is some sort of combination code where I need to hold down certain buttons to deactivate the mode. Can someone help me?

From the date of the original poster's question, this answer will be too late but for anyone else out there having this problem - you hold down the "play" button on the remote for 5 seconds to get rid of the display; found that out when it happened to me.
