Is there meterial available to fix/fill hole in galvinised tank?

Have a well,which the water drawn from by a pump into a what looks like a galvinised water tank.
There is a hole on the side of the tank about 2/3mm in diameter.Is there anyway that this can be mended without having to replace the entire tank?

yes .just go to plumbing merchants not diy .ask for repair kit for galv tank. my personal opinion is to replace tank.
