take to local computer shop with id and they will do it for you just incase they think its stolen, proof of purchase from your friend is a must too or they wont entertain you. However you can do it yourself but its a bit complicated to explain in writing if you dont know what your doing. if you look on youtube it shows you step by step of how to remove a windows password. i cant be responsible for the info supplied as it is only info not a tutorial.
